The Good. My current status is good. My last scan showed the cancer Lesions where still shrinking; good news

The Bad. My type of cancer isn’t curable. The best they can do is try and control it. More on that later

The Ugly. The cancer will come back. At what force who knows. Hopefully not much at all. Then we do the infinite process rule. You are familar with the infinite process rule. Just think of any government project.
