If you are 45 years or older get a colonoscopy, please allow me to repeat that, please get a colonoscopy. The process of a colonoscopy today is a piece of cake. A lot different of when I tried in 2010. I can not stress it enough, get a colonoscopy, please, please. I am not being dramatic, it could save your life. A note to spouses. A colonoscopy would be a great gift (Christmas, Birthday, Mothers/Fathers day, etc.)
